Аннотация

В статье дано описание клинического случая прорыва эхинококковой кисты средостения в грудной отдел аорты и эмболией бедренной артерии. Рассмотрены вопросы дифференциальной диагностики и лечебной тактики. Освещена эффективность применения малоинвазивных эндоваскулярных методов. Показана необхо-димость мультидисциплинарного подхода и последующей противогельминтной терапии.
