Өт жолдарын дурыс бағалай білу және эндоскопиялық, тері арқылы, ашық хирургиялық операциядың кезеңдерін жоспар-лау, өт жолдары ауруларының асқынуларын алдын алуға көмектеседі. Біздің жағдайда, науқаста ауыр дәрежелі механикалық сарғаю болды, дегенмен мұқият медициналық және интраоперативті тексеру нәтижесінде өт қабы жолының жалпы өт жолына (ЖӨЖ) төмен косылуы анықталды.
